How to choose the main and auxiliary engine of a plastic granulator?
The number of plastic pelletizer machines is flexible, it depends on your quantity of raw materials and your budget. If your waste plastic does not exceed 100 kg, one main engine is enough for your granulation, you should put the head die on the main granulator. If you need to cope with over 100kg plastic, adding two or three auxiliary engines is an applicable choice.
In order to develop the efficiency of recycling, the main engine is much more suitable for electromagnetic heating, the heating method of one or two auxiliary machines is more flexible. Both electromagnetic heating and iron heating coil heating are possible. Among them, electromagnetic heating can raise the temperature to 200 degrees Celsius in 15 to 20 minutes. Under the same conditions, it takes 30 to 40 minutes for the iron heating coil to heat to 200 degrees Celsius.
