A plastic bottle producer in South Sudan is facing a growing challenge: how to effectively recycle the excess plastic bottles and trimmings generated during the production process. These waste materials were not only taking up storage space, but also increasing production costs. In order to improve resource efficiency, the customer decided to invest in an entire PET plastic bottle recycling line in order to convert this waste material into reusable PET bottle resins.

Post-industrial Recycled Resin Production Line

Considering that the customer purchased a whole recycling line with a large number of equipment, we decided to send our technicians to South Sudan for on-site installation and commissioning. During the installation process, our technicians worked closely with the customer to ensure that each machine was able to operate properly and provided detailed training to the operators.

The installation and commissioning process went very smoothly. After several weeks of hard work, our technicians successfully put the bottle recycling line into production. The customer is now able to smoothly convert waste PET bottles and trimmings into high quality recycled PET bottle resins. These pellets not only meet the customer’s quality standards, but also provide sufficient raw materials for their subsequent production.
